the first version of ac1dsn0w had copyrighted material from apple in it, so they could have made an illegal untethered jailbreak.

@tom97777 Just use redsn0w's. I don't know about redsn0w and Ac1dSn0w, but if you jailbroke with (I know you didn't) sn0wbreeze, you should only use iBooty, since iBooty patches and whatnot special files.

I jailbroke my iPhone 4 with redsnow and it has a fair number of glitches. Can't run "lockscreen clock hide" and it goes into safe mode every now and then. Are these glitches normal with jailbreaking iOS 5 or did I not jailbreak mine correctly and would jailbreaking on ac1dsn0w fix this?

@NayteLayam No, it doesn't actually. Without rebooting with a computer no jailbreak tweaks or apps work and you can't use some of the base functions till you use a computer to boot it. It is nice in a pinch, but not like an untethered jailbreak at all.
