  • Looks great. I grew a grapefruit tree for about 10 years. It never bloomed but, it looked nice. I had to let it go because it got to big to move in and out every year.

    Let us know if you find something that will survive the Kansas winters.

  • There's a place called McKenzie Farms that has a bunch of citrus listed and their temperature tolerance. I don't know how reliable they are, but there are several that say they survive 10F and below. The trifoliate orange is good to -5F, but it's scary looking, and I hear it's horrible tasting.

  • Thanks, I am going to look for a citrus for this area. I saw one here 30 years ago but don't know the name.
