@blackdog165 I have vista as well. For some reason the program does not work on my computer with vista, but will work fine with my Windows XP. I have read somewhere else that the program will not work with Vista.

If you have the disk then The disc should work with nearly all computers. If your computertray is the type where you snap the CD into the center just put it in like normal and it should work completely fine. If you don't have this style and the CD just sits in the CD tray, look closely, chances are there is are two slots, one for standard sized CD's and then a smaller slot in the center for mini-CD's. If your CD bay doesn't have both sizes your computer might not be able to install the software.

Insert the Action Replay Cart in the Nintendo DS

After the Action Replay Cart is fully running (when It says Insert Cartridge), Remove the Action Replay cart without turning off the Nintendo DS and put the Pokemon Diamond or Pokemon Pearl game cartridge.

Now the Action Replay should detect the game, and It will list the available cheats

Select the cheats you would like to use, then start the game.

My Action Replay is really weird... I just had to do a reset on it and wipe the memory off it. I can add games and codes, but one of my games in particular will not load with AR anymore, though it is still a working game. Any clue how to help me please? The screen goes black after I hit start to play it...

My computer also can detect the AR alone, but when it's plugged in the DS, It won't let me update or anything. Please help me! PM me or post back. Thanks.

right-click on "my computer" to go "add hardware" make sure your action replay ds USB is connected to your COMPUTER and DS then click "add hardware" it will search for it and on the task bar it should of found a USB called "NDS LINK"

hmmmmm did you force the USB in your AR card. look inside maybe one of the pins are broke or bent

The Pins look fine to me.

I'll upload a quick video to show what happens on the computer whenever I try to update it. When the AR is connected to the DS, the program does not find it. However, when I eject it from the DS, it connects to it, but I can't do anything after it.
