NBA Live 10 PS3 / Xbox 360 New Features

I liked Live 10. What I disliked was the weak blocking mechanics, especially for dunks and layups. Also in the NBA perimeter don't suddenly lose the ball and hop away for no reason. They overdid the amount of turnover animations, and the same jerky jumpshots that haunted Live since NBA Live 07 is still there. Everything else was a major improvement. I was impressed.

Elite looks like they overgambled, from what I see of the demo, it was a great concept that just was so bugged-no enjoyment at all.

2K is not better. I even prefered 08 live over 2ks . I never liked a 2k in my life. yet I continue to play both series to see which one is good and maybe getting better. NEVER have I said 2k blows me away. With live the graphics gameplay and emotion is there I can't go wrong.

I agree with JUZAM01. They always add a lot of great new ideas but it doesn't mean a thing if the animations make the game unplayable. Playing by yourself in the training facility is fun but when you step onto the court, Live couldn't be more behind the curve. It's been that way since NBA 2K7 released. If they would just spend some time working on the animations and transitions between animations, they could do so much.....

Agreed, Live auctully added a feature where the guys auctully try getting the rebound and try to jump off court to get the rebound aswel or hustle for the ball.

Funny enough 2K has had this for atleast 2 previous games or so. I like LIVE but i think it's downgraded itself into an arcade not a real life basketball sim.
