  • I just love that part of the country.

    now those are some bones!!!

  • Yes, it is one of my favorite places :-)

  • Great video! Nice bones! Any human remains? I remember hiding some around that area.... uh.. ok... gotta go!

  • Your hiding place is still there...though there are some cobwebs

  • What an awesome adventure for kids!!! Great way to remind kids death is a part of the cycle of life.

  • Yeah, that is a good way to look at it :-)

  • The ants made me itchy.

The bones made me... well, they didn't really do anything to me. But I sipped my coffee and squinted intensely at the monitor while you were showing them.

    This comment sucks.

  • That whole mound was all fireants? Wild how big they can get if ya let em.

  • Where the heck are you? We don't have desert in NJ or NY! And who are these kids you keep doing videos with, nephew/neice or you just kidnapped some kids again? lol Just Kidding People!

  • Just a nice desert in the West :-)

  • I'm jealous... You're out in the west??? man, why didn't you take me with you. We're going to CA at the end of Dec!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love CA.

  • cool kids...

  • they are so cool!

  • My dad used to take me to sites in Colorado. Mostly we'd look through miner ghost towns and around Indian mounds. It was fascinating.

  • I wish I could go see a ghost town. Next time for sure!

  • The last one I saw was near Van Horn, Texas right off I-10. I think it's still there.

  • It is really amazing that things generally don't get completely destroyed out there by vandals and weather, but the isolation and dry weather may help to preserve them.

  • I think my old Oldsmobile is still sitting out there. It blew up on one of my trips from Los Angeles to Texas. Saw it unmoved out there for years...every time I made another L.A.-Marshall roadtrip, there it was, baking in the West Texas sun. It became like a personal monument.

  • very cool!!!!

  • Thanks :-)
