Its basically sprayable glue that you put on the underside of a stencil. I use Elmers, and with that, you spray it on and let it sit for 3-5 min so that it doesnt permenately stick to ur surface that ur painting on, its good for sharp egdes. Buy a can and read the instructions :D Elmers Craft bond is the name i think

looks like your spraying inside get yourself a respirator son
