  • When I flew for TWA loved the 757.....love that take off sound!!!! Thanks for posting :)

  • love the 757, they take to the skies like homesick angles.

  • Ever come from somewhere freezing cold in the middle of winter, you still have your hoodie on and then get off the plane and the jetway feels like it's a thousand degrees. That's my favorite part, when you know you on your way to Universal or Disney :) My favorite airport, wish I lived in Florida. I hate PA

  • I AM IN GHANA AND I SIMPLY LOVE THIS VIDEO

  • where was this flight headed?

  • where was this flight headed to

  • Southwest Airlines got there first Boeing 717 from AirTran!

    /watch?v=mRgtO6HmZg4

  • GREAT SOUND OF THE RR

    RB211 ENGINES. THEY ARE

    100% PURE "WHOOP ASS"

  • Nothing beats the angry growl of a turbofan engine!

  • heavvy birdie. captian was using high levels of throttle just to taxi and relativley high throttle on rollout. beautiful Rb211 noise :)

  • what a noise :)

  • shows what the possibilitys of man kind are.. now stephen hawking is studying how we can use space to time warp and travel.. hes gotten it to the point of saying.. "its a simple process that requires time itsself.. you simply open a worm hole in the middle of space enter it and close it and you have time warped.. but we must find the time and support before we even think about whats on the otherside! one little bug can send a human to earth in its creation.." THEN WHAT?

  • Excellent quality videos ... its very good see my videos Ney8666 3, and leave your comment Ney-Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

  • Great Video... Many thumbs up from me... :-)

  • where was the flight headed

  • Amazing picture quality in HD.

I'am a fraid Boings are much noisier than Air Buses.

  • @mabroukali I'm afraid you cant spell....

  • @tomtimex I'm afraid you are an idiot who is a sad ficker who has nothing else to do but notice triavials !!!

Go and have a wank !!!

  • @mabroukali lol calm down

  • @ 2:37 what a symphony going on there.

  • the engine is high pitched, kinda scary i agree, when i flew, i flew in a dc10 or 12 or something and it was deefp and whiney

  • every time I'm on a 757, the change in engine noise @ 2:36 scares me every time. I know it's about to happen but I still get caught out there lol.

  • US AIR sucks! Majority of the craft are airbus! Why?! Don't you think American Air Operators should fly boeing! Makes sense to me

  • @grassroot3 Because Boeing isn't always the best option for the particular routes they fly.

  • @grassroot3 You want to tell me american carriers should only support one company? Isn't that a bit too communist? :D

  • @grassroot3 it doesnt matter.

  • @grassroot3 why do you think american carriers should fly Boeing and not Airbus etc? so all european airlines should use Airbus and not Boeing! Airlines will and have to use the aircraft that are the most efficient to operate no matter who makes them.

if not your business is at a dissadvantage to your competitors.

  • Fine piece of engineering those Rolls-Royce engines...

  • love those RB211's

  • Nice! What camera do you have ?

  • @LimitlessSkyz Canon Vixia HV30 High Def camcorder

  • @LimitlessSkyz Canon Vixia HV30

  • Great Vid! What 's the camcorder?

Having flown on most types of commercial aircraft, flown on and piloted quite of few private jets/turboprops, no doubt in my mind that the B757 is the finest aircraft ever built. Just an opinion, so don't attack too much. But when you spec out the aircraft and compare to anything comparable, the B757 is difficult to beat. What an Bird!

  • Sigh, I hope the 757 never goes away, it'll always have a special place in my heart.

  • @AckbarsFist :/ same :/

  • best engine sound

  • superb quality filming, i am flying from the UK to Florida in setp this year, just got a new 1080dp HD camera to film the flight, hope it is as good as yours

  • I want to see more P&W powered 757's

  • what row about?

  • I think we were in row 12.

  • you heard at 2:03 the main landing hear hitting one of the runway centre lights

  • Yeah i head that sound to? i wonder what it was??

  • did iit bounce? at like 2:03? heard something

  • You probably heard the sound of the nosegear extending upon rotation.

  • extending? why was the nosegear extending? isnt it already extended?

  • @fSxFrEeAaK not it's floating xD

  • WHA? ok nvm=)

  • @fSxFrEeAaK ROFL!!!!

  • rolls royce engines are the best. made in my country :) "england"

  • where in england are you from

  • Luton

  • @FlightMaster96 "Land of peeping cameras - land without astronauts - land of tabloids - land of the BNF - land of smoking Nazis - this used-to-be-cool but-now-sucks England"

  • @antimatterXXXIII oh so you will be from the usa then? so u dont have gossips mags ie the national enquirer? take it you have heard of the KKK? our police do not need to use firearms or tazers every day, as we dont have the gun, drug gang problems that you have . i am proud to be British just as you are a proud American. but do not run us down. oh and i used to live and work in the USA

  • rolls royce engines are the best! made in my country :) "England"

  • @FlightMaster96 I like my US made General Electric and Pratt & Whitney engines.

  • they are also good :)

  • 757's are my favourite short/medium plane, and this is exactly why

  • @rachaelmatt there pretty long range also. they use same cockpit as 767 and operate almos tsame length. Still awesome bird! can you imagine being able to fly her!

  • wow....what amazing acceleration!

  • RB211's - this sound defines "power" -- my favorite part is on rotation when the angle of attack changes and you can almost hear each fan blade cut the thick Florida air. Used to live in Miami and did this same USAIr hop to Charlotte many times while in flight school... adrenaline pumping every takeoff..... Thanks!

  • @hatchetman29 i live close to mia and i hear alot of 757's with RR-RB211 take off at full power most from american airlines

  • @hatchetman29 This bird seems to move out in a hurry. Any idea why this airplane has such uniquely high performance when compared to all the other Boeing jets?

  • RR engines. Best sound around.

  • True indeed

  • I love those engine's sound that's my favorite aircraft

  • where did yu go to

  • he didnt answer, my guess is heaven

  • thats ok,ill stop

  • You cant upload Huge HD files to youtube and expect it to run smoothly its like watching a slide slow.

  • 757 is a great looking twin Lots of performance What is boeing using to replace it? The 737-900 ?

  • Unfortunately they are, which is a terrible thing, because nothing can outperform a 757, especially with P&Ws!

  • I think you meant to say Rolls Royce.

  • Nope, I prefer the P&Ws much more!!

  • @banstaman P&W's may perform better, but they can't begin to touch that sound of RB211's at full power. Others on here will agree with me on that..

  • Who DOESN'T like those sweet engines!

  • well i dont like 757sbut they are much better than any of the DC-9...lil more roomie and newer

  • dude this is great!!!

    10/10!

  • You can see a piece of the left engine in the old colors.

  • freaking sweet vid!!!!!

  • lovely RR...

  • Nice clip.
