  • You burnt them to a crisp. Beef ribs only need indirect heat, 4-6 hrs at 250 till the meat pulls back on the bone, and you don't have to wrap it. Add sauce in the last thirty minutes.

  • I've smoked Beef Ribs on many occasions and I must say that K.C. Masterpiece original is the best(to me) on beef ribs.Not sure why as I dont use it on anything else I cook.Sweet baby rays is excellent too.
