When I say deceptive tactics, I mean as in attacking Isreal on a virtually daily basis and when they retaliate they use mosques, schools, and hospitals filled with hiding Palestinians holding them captive, then use It as a base launching attacks on IDF drawing a deadly conflict right where they are and intentionally getting them killed then blame IDF for "genocide". The United States did not sign Article 1 of Protocol III of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons, which prohibited incendiary weapons against civilians. The U.N. didn't do anything.
And you've got to understand this. War is violence in it's purest form. It is not surgical, it is bloody. Putting limitations on it to keep it from being over sooner is incomprehensible.
And WP can be used for concealment, as well.
