It's only one penalty stoke due to the fact that the ball was not moving when he hit it with his putter. Had the ball still been in motion the two strokes would have been added. In this case the ball will be replaced just next to the hole under the penalty of one stroke.

Good call Zinger. Very funny. BTW, the ruling would be the player would incur a one stroke penalty for moving a ball at rest with his equipment. (Rule 18-2) You can see in the video that the ball came to a stop and then was moved by his equipment. He would then have to replace the ball in it's original spot.

I think it is only a one stroke penalty. He hit the ball unintentionally and would replace it with a one stroke penalty. He really got more mileage in one stroke than any I've seen.
