If you purchased this from us, please contact Customer Service to arrange a return/refund or replacement under our 30-day return policy. We have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, and I'm sorry you're not one. I've owned and used one - as has my Mom - and we've been very satisfied.
The inventor and man demonstrating this inversion table, Roger Teeter, is over age 60 himself. But as with any fitness or wellness device, we highly recommend that the person using it consult their doctor before beginning. There are also some medical contraindications to using. I'm going to message you with the link to the newest model on our website, so you can read more.
The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table supports up to 300 pounds or 136 kilos. But we don't have information specifically about just the boots. I also don't see that info on the manufacturer's website. I'm going to message you with a link to their support page. They should be able to help you out.
sometimes I hang people upside down on one of these in my basement and put duck tape over their mouth, then I beat them with fiberglass rods, I've been told it relieves quite a bit pain.
This unsafe creation of the devil screwed up my ankles and made me fall upside down onto my head. I blacked out and 3 minutes later woke up with two blue ankles. It does not stretch out your back but instead puts all the pressure on your legs and forces all the blood to your head. God made us the way we are for a reason and we are not primates hanging from a tree but homo-erectus, erectus as in the way we are supposed to be. Also, i have 3 kids and a wife that would be without a father/husband
I must say you may not have taken the time to do this very slowly and insure safety as with all things new. I have one of these teeter tables and I have had a bulging disc with severe OA of L4 L5. I am inverting everyday and I am getting better the spasms are not bothering me anylonger. I too am a spirit filled Christian and believe we are on the fallen planet and the fall is gravity which causes diseases. Please rethink your statement. God Bless You!
Well Cathylee, I must say I did take the time to do this and proceeded with caution. As I am extremely delighted to hear it helped you out, I am not as happy that I still today am recovering from my ligaments being torn off my bones in both my ankles after using this machine of the devils. And now I am doubting whether Adam and Eve are the source of our Fallen Planet or if teeter hang-ups is. Also, just out of curiousity how much did HSN pay you to post this? GOD BLESS YOU TOO!
The best investment I ever made in my life. when my apartment caught on fire, my inversion table was the very first thing I saved. It had a lot of smoke damage. But I did give it a good cleaning. Very strudy. excellent. You can actually feel your stomach stretch, the sides, everything. You really feel taller. I recommend this equipment. I truly love it . Your stomach actually flattens. awesome!!!!I had mine for 5 year.
Yes, but it's temporary. Your spinal discs fully inflate because the traction makes them absorb fluid (presuming you keep hydrated). Once you stand up, you'll be taller but you will slowly shrink down to your normal size as gravity squeezes it out, especially if you do any load-bearing activity.
wait, how long do you have to do it for the spinal discs to become "inflated"? even if it's temporary height, how long do you have to use the table until you gain the temporary height?
This varies. Some people have tighter muscles (or more heavily compressed discs) than others, and some put on more traction than the others (like partial versus full incline, if you push on the traction handles or lift weights upsde down) so there's no clear answer.
isn't it true that you need to stretch often in conjuction with this instrument to strengthen back muscles..which, in turn, would support a stretched spine.
I mean I've heard of 1 and 2 inches, but never 3 to 4 inches from backbone alone.
I've been hanging upside down on mine for 2 years and my back feels better than ever before, no more head aches and I sleep better. The best 300 bucks I have ever spent!
You actually have one? Im curious I have tried just about everything, next is the needle in my back and then surgery. Nothing else is working, usually I just feel stiff. I have arthritis in my back and 2 herniatted dics
probably figured this out by now but typing in inversion table in the youtube search the top one is a guy saying it helps a lot when he's on his back, but getting back up is tough for him. I want one of these! No back pain I just want to decompress and help relax.
If you have a hernia, consult your doctor before using this, and if you do, use the highest setting of safety strap, invert very gradually, and do it at a lower level for longer periods rather than higher levels, work your way up.
hi I have a inversion table. I had one for 5 years. the best investment I have ever made. I promise. hope this information was helpful for you. any questions, reply back. I will glad to answer any of your concerns.
@black7jesus Did your spine realine permanantly and how long does it take for the affects to be permanent i have a minor twist in hips and back caused by muscle imbalances.
I need serious help, I used this last night for the first time. And I woke up this morning, and I can barely breath or stand up, excruciating pain.

i heard if you use inversion tables, your spine actually grows 1-2 inches, sometimes even 3-4 inches.
does this mean that you're getting taller?

Yes, but it's temporary. Your spinal discs fully inflate because the traction makes them absorb fluid (presuming you keep hydrated). Once you stand up, you'll be taller but you will slowly shrink down to your normal size as gravity squeezes it out, especially if you do any load-bearing activity.

sounds comforting. I'm trying to get my mom to buy one.
I am afraid to buy one because a top doctor on the net said complications can include retinal bleeding and hypertension
