Was in New Orleans years ago. Talked to a local about best places in town. He said Frenchman Street - NO TOURISTS like Bourbon Street. Been there 13 times since. Wouldn't even think about straying from Frenchman Street. Also once found an insanely good hamburger joint there, but it's gone now...
