here's my house in minecraft. Find wood make a pickaxe the go to a random spot, dig down until I hit rock, once I've hit rock I dig four squares, of rock (so say I hit one rock then came sand for another 3 squares the sand wouldn't count as squares I would use), once thats done I dig as far as I can left, right, in front, and behind me. Connect each of those then clear out the middles. Thats my house on minecraft

Spiders can get through gaps 1 block high and 2 wide, so that safety barrier isn't all that safe at all! They wouldn't be able to get through the 1-block wide tunnel into his little crafting area, but it would still be a nasty suprise to see one creeping into the front room! The only way to spider-proof a shelter is either to only have windows 1 block wide, or have an overhanging ledge around the entire structure, as they can climb up walls but not along ceilings. Great video, though. :)

@TheFullestForce I spawned once in the middle of nowhere with just two trees. There was hardly any coal nearby because the caves were like nowhere near me. Also, I could only find like two pigs. Jeez,..I was frustrated because the daylight goes too quick when you're looking for resources lol.

A good starter house is a small hut with a furnace, bed, roof, floor (so things won't spawn) at least two or more torches, and a door.

Spiders are often the enemy you most need to proof your house with. They will see you through walls, and will climb your house to attack you. They are one block high and two blocks wide. Too make a wall proof against them, make an overhang at the top.

When i start to harvest, i only take three logs, and then i construct a crafting bench, and then a wooden oickaxe, whereupon I get cobblestone, and make a stone axe.

Re-re-watching these videos just makes me remember getting frustrated when I'm trying to figure out how to make my tools. Today, minecraft is still fun, but its not the same that is was a year ago. Watching these videos fills me with nostalgia and makes me want to play minecraft again, back in alpha when the grass was greener.....literally. :D

@Pokrajac1992 Yes, however that is not a very good way as you will not be able to do many things that a "Premium" User can. However, you can play classic mode, in which is free, but has no survival aspect. I highly advise you to pay the 25 dollers and get the game, as it is EXTREMELY Fun. Also, the price rises every now and then, not considerably high, but it does rise.
