Ive seen them both race, Whit was a friendly cheeky lad with a ready smile and could ride the arse off any bike until he fell ill with cancer. Foggy was as hard as rock, cold as ice and a master at his craft. I can remember him blasting past haga and edwards at donington and the hairs stood up on the back of your neck such was his aura.. he is indeed King Carl. Long live the King.

jamie Whittham was the most aggressive rider i know.very late on the brakes. watched him at Knockhill 1997 battling it out with Nail MacKenzie on the Cadbury's Boost Yamaha's...triyng out electronic gear changers for the first time.
