I recognize the practitioner and place - this is a student of Master Wan Sujian in Beijing. They actually modified the Bagua Qigong walking to focus more on health, so those of you Baguazhang people will have noticed not enough waist twisting and the lower hand in the first posture is a little empty. They teach this set to people recovering from chronic diseases, which I think is pretty cool.
The teacher I learned from was kind of a dud, I believe he pulled his info from the Liang style bagua VCD's so you can probably pick those up and follow along. I do still have the sheet he gave me with the names, but there are no pictures and explaining it would be next to impossible. Honestly I would just recommend finding a good teacher, if that is not possible try a dvd/vcd and a computer, this way you can navigate at your own discretion. The hardest part will be choosing a style. Good luck!

I see slow graceful motions and an erect spine, but where is the rest of the Bagua body?? Are you just containing the force?

@curtrod this is qigong from the ba gua style, not qigong as you normally see it. bagua is a martial art

Is this a complete set of exercises, or are these just a few of many similar exercises?

Would you be willing to post the others or perhaps you could tell me where to find more information?

I am a bit concerned about your rotation about an ankle, early in the exercise, when I would assume you want to keep your waist livelier?
