It's just me - I know most people learn by simply copying - but I always need to know the what's and why's. I mean yeah I can creat a bootable ISO image now - but I don't know what ISO stands for (to give an example). I think that's the problem with today's world - nobody cares about why...just want the end result...like who cares about the theory just show me the buttons. I like the theory too.

@weirdcitykid Well...This video is made for the basic people. It is not meant to go into specifics, and showing the buttons is the basics. But, you are very right. Take an example, When I look at most After Effects tutorials, they only teach you how to make exactly what they have created. That's why I look for tutorials that help me with other stuff but use the same principals.

@jigga1981 Lol, I have an HP G61. Burning disks don't delete any data. But, if your burning an OS (e.g. windows xp) and once you boot it up onto your computer and install it, it will delete files. But just burning it doesn't do anything.

I've tried to make a bootable iAktos v1.0 image on a DVD RW but it would boot, go to the apple screen, and then off. I am not sure whether it will do the same on a Windows CD. You can try and then reply back or give me a PM.

First, thanks for this tutorial but after i finish burning the iso on my disk btw its bootable as i saw in magiciso.

After i done this, i put the disc back into my comp but it doesn't automatacially boot up and also when i try to access it through My Computer it always say 'Insert disc', so my computer doesn't detect this.

Ok, I have seen this in many computers. Some automatically boot off discs while some computers like mine, need to tell he computer to boot of the disk. To do this, start your computer and when it on's, press F12 or whatever it tells you to press to load the Diagnostics Menu. After that, go find the Boot Order. Then make sure that the first one is set to your DVD/CD Drive. Then save and restart your computer and it should say press any key to continue or w/e. Hope I helped.

You need to put in a blank CD or DVD. The files could be hidden. If it is a CD-RW, go to My Computer; right -click the cd-drive, andclick Erase or Format. SUBSCRIBE!
