This is one of the best pieces of video game music ever-composed. And I'm saying that from a strictly objective perspective because I've never even played this game so I don't have that same nostalgia-love that others do. First, it establishes a memorable theme, then it develops it further and further into something complex and badass, never under-estimating the listener's intelligence. Take 1:09-1:28 you have 2 and even 3-part counterpoint. For video game music, that's just incredible

You know it's a good theme when you hear the music and you feel something a little greater then nostalgia kick in. Regardless of how long ago this game came out I am still looking forward to playing the next installment. That spray of bullets you see, is only an animation on your gun. you dont even see where the clicks are going. At least halo has a very realistic combat. If a gun is fired in halo, a bullet does fly! If you miss and some one was behind the target and in the same trajectory, he will be hit. In CoD, there are only clicks. Trust me, I researched this. CoD is nothing more than guns firing in the most false full way.

@Gabd3v Im almost 100% sure you even get rewarded with "collateral damage" when you get 2 kills with one sniper bullet. it doesn't matter if the bullet fly's or not you can do it, if 2 people are in line with where the bullet may fly, thus making the game, a CoD game, and not a halo game, when you purchase Call of Duty you aren't promised anything

Also, "bub" i ain't your "buddy" and without a physics engine gravity wouldn't even exist. Engines control more than bullets flying through helmets.

As someone studying programming and design, you must know there is always a client for every creation, and obviously CoD has plenty of clients.
