As a catholic Mrs Fitzherbert couldn't have been a divorcee, I think she was a widow...and if George married this widow then his subsequent marriage to Caroline wasn't legal! so it follows that his child by Caroline was illegitimate.
@suzannesadiiqa You're right she was a widow twice, the researchers got it wrong but the marriage to Mrs Fitzherbert was illegal as George was under 25 as he didn't pass the marriage though the king who would of refused any way. The story is all on Wikipedia if you wish to discover more
This documentary had a lot of inaccuracies, first George Boelyn doesn't exist, second Henry didn't meet Anne at Hever. Third there is no proof that Caroline ever had affairs.
@LyricalXilence I always believed that Anne and Henry meet in Hertfordshire because they had a same friend who introduced them to each other but History doesn't record where they actually meet, which is a shame.
