Evanescence is really what pushed me toward Goth. I'd always been interested in the darker side of life, but I had no idea what Goth was, I hate to admit it, but I had always thought of the stereotypes when I thought of goth, so never considered myself that, but after doing some research about it I realized it's not bad at all. It was recntly I actually became goth though, so I'm still developing the style, but like others are saying, it's more of a state of mind than a state of fashion.

@tarnzasugar It's part of the art of the thing. Truly great singers are able to sing with emotion and still able to do it technicly brilliantly. She is very good, much better than average... hell, she's better than most of the people I know. I try to portray emotions when singing as well, and think I do a good job!
