ok a few things one i am in the army and work on ah-64d aircraft that ust these tank pearcing rounds there missels that have a detanation before the actual explosion..... nothing near the same thing as here second ur like a foot away my small cannon witch there is a video of on here can do the same thing at like 10' if i load nalls into it heck i had a larger one that used flechet rounds (they were a kiwi on eather end of a pack of nales) and it wold put nales 2" - 3" into a shed from 25' - 50'

Because yours isn't rifled, the nails will hit sideways from longer distance. Aswell they loose their energy very fast. Try to do that same thing from like 15m distance.

Thats not munition thats nail-its too long-instead of tape think out something better-something like a brush (instead of tape) is used in real munition.Gun is ugly but works pretty well.Find some thin steel and make casing for it-especially for mechanism and if you want more power maybe experiment with butane gas-like potato gun,but be careful.
