i've been using masks and I wash my hair 3 times a week... but for whatever reason it's only the bottom section of my hair that stays dry, frizzy, and tangled. It's really annoying! I have fine wavy hair, any suggestions? Thanks! :)
@gauchochica06 You probably have damaged ends, (Split ends) . You should get a trim. You probably don't want to, but if you keep doing what you're doing the hair will grow back FAST, and It won't be damaged, so you won't have that problem.
Don't forget! The eggs are great for a shiny protein treatment/ but remember to rinse with luke warm to cool water! Not warm or hot or else the eggs will cook and scramble in your hair.
I have used this hair mask several times and instead of Mayo I have used full cream yogurt. The results are amazing but one thing that keeps me going back to it is the horrible smell of eggs. If any one has any tip to get rid of the smel please let me know.
My problem is that my hair is too straight and too frizzy and spikey, kinda like Asians except that mine isn't as spikey but it is definitely more rougher and thicker, its ridiculous,im a guy btw , im 16 ,if anyone can help me Id appreciate it : ]
Natural things that are great for your hair are..grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, eggs, avocado, mayo, and coconut oil. If you put this on your hair though, try to do it when your hair is semi to all the way dry otherwise the oil will not saturate the shaft as well. All these can be use on the hair in any combination and they DO work. It may take longer for some who may have more damage or dryness but they do get the job done. Best of luck!
and ok ok this is the last time im going to commment. I think the best way to condition your hair is by doing this. Well first you need to crush some avacado until its a liquid. Then mix with honey and olive oil. Apply to hair for a few hours and then rinse with milk. Thats right MILK. And then leave it to air dry and Voila! Note: Don't fall asleep with the mixture on it will just stick to your hair and it will be hard to get out Oki thanks for reading bye
uh eggs mayonaise? does that smell good? well i just use olive oil and some crushed up avocado leave for 20 minutes then rinse?? yeah much better and a tip is that you really crush up the avocado or when you rinse youll have a blob of green stuff wherever u rinse it lol :)
Olive oil and eggs IS mayonnaise. Skip the prepackaged mayo and just whisk a couple of egg yolks together while slowly pouring in some olive oil. I used this last night and haven't seen much of a difference, but I'll try it for a couple weeks and see what happens. You smell kind of like salad with the hair mask on.
I use a mixture of olive oil and egg yolk and honey...which is similar to a mayonnaise (not for eating, of course). I leave that on for about 1-2h, then wahs it all off with lots of shampoo, I need to shampoo twice otherwise oil will remain in the hair. Use the water as cool as possible when rinsing off the egg-oil stuff because the egg yolk clods (scrambled egg in your hair). Works fine with my dry hair, does not smell bad, just strange while having the hair mask on.
i have to wash my hair everyday I just cant go out without washing my hair! I just dont like my hair all oily and smelly. Do you have any other suggestions???? PLZ :)
Try using a dry shampoo to help a skip a day between regular shampooing. You just spray it in and comb it out to get rid of smell and oily residue. Mind you, the oils on your scalp are good for your hair.
@1Midnightpink what are you doing in a day that makes your hair oily and smelly? Shampoo every other day, put your hair up if it looks oily to you or curl it, unwashed hair curls better.
@1Midnightpink Washing your hair with conditioner or apple cider vinegar may help. Conditioner also cleans your hair but the problem is, unlike shampoo that takes something away from your hair (fat/dirt), conditioner deposit something on your hair (moisture but also -cones -like dimelticones, silicones...) so you don't want to overuse conditioner washing else it will create build-up. But the stylist is right, washing your hair every day with shampoo (esp. the ones w/ sulfate) can be very drying.
Do we apply this to dry hair or wet hair, i hate how mostly all the videos dont tell you when to apply to dry hair or wet hair -___-

what about vegetable oil?
nightfire4107 2 years ago
Vegetable oil works too, it's just not as nutritious for your hair as olive oil is. Sunflower oil would work fine too.
mymjolnir 2 years ago
NO! no eggs and mayonaise! ew! just use olive oil and crushed up avacodo, mix them and apply

@1Midnightpink Use a dry shampoo, or baby powder.
Or if you really need to shower, use a baby shampoo every other day, it's a lot more gentle.
MissRobot1 1 year ago
@1Midnightpink your hair wil become frizzy and dried if u do that. Unless your hair is natrually really oily that is another thing
