  • eso esta de maravillllla.... tank you

  • do the nuts not interfere alot with passing using those faces?

  • it seems to be very easy!

  • Why don't you use a nylock nut? That way it really stays put :)

  • Why not measure out a piece of rope (circumference length) and mark it at every 1/4 length.

Would be easier to handle than the paper thing? i dunno, just an idea. I would just tape it on each time i made one, with thick sharpie marks where you should drill.

also it would be easy to find Circumference with simple math c=pi*d

  • @GSmedVT, the paper has the advantage that when you line the ends up, you know that it has made a straight line, perpendicular to the piping (because it only bends in one direction, and is stiff in the other). With rope, the marks could end up misaligned horizontally. The paper is of course re-usable in the same way as your rope suggestion.

  • Lowes has ABS in the plumbing dept.. not all stores though it seems.. you can check it online.

  • where you buy the abs piping?

  • you really ought to cut off the part that attaches the basket thing to the pole.

  • That's a good looking mallet, nicely explained.

  • Wouldn't the pipe compressing substitue for a spring washer's tension?

  • Thanks for the video...im adding as a favourite so my friends can see how to make mallets...im sick of making everybody mallets..lol

  • ever try a pipe cutter? much easier, in my opinion. i got a small one for the poles and a larger one for the abs pipe.

  • Quality stuff. Rock!
