I think its funny how older games with less graphic detail actually show the picture and words on something small clear a day and on modern day high graphics games, all you see is 1 word, and 2-3 blurry words and a blurry picture and the item edges are blurry close up.

They aren't really secret at all. Most of those places (or maybe all of them) were the places where cinematics was captured for missions. They need to completely design these places to avoid failures at making cinematics. (Sorry for bad english) But it was a great video anyways.

@ivchenco1 You can find it all around San Fiero. Here are some locations. Near to the tuning garage Wheel Arch Angles. At the entrance of SF airport where the model plane is. Near to the entrance of the building which seems like a pyramid where you can jump with a parachute.
