He's delusional. In the first scene he's driving an old car, as well as wearing a t-shirt. The suit, the sports car, the woman in trouble, all figments.

@JiminWestLA exactly. We also tried to throw in some very subtle alterations. As he walks into the kitchen to get the wine, he's back in the crappy apartment. The dinner table is originally set for two, then as he walks out after her it's only set for one. Flowers are alive when she's there and then dead in the next shot. We wanted to do a lot more with it, but given 48 hours we dealt with what we had.

Awesome short guys!! 1 question though, why the hell did Duncan turn from a man in a suit to a guy with a white tank top while he was dead on the floor at the end!!!!!! What was that about???? LOL
