Looks so good! I think I'll make it w/o the frozen veggies, and add carrots and rice, and venison instead of turkey. (BTW, I'm in Wisconsin! I new to figure out what kind if cheese goes best with venison! XD)

I make all of my poultry casseroles with cream of chicken. Just a tip for anyone who doesn't want to used heavy whipping cream. =)

Thanks for sharing! I love 'pies'. And potatoes prepared with skin tastes SO much better. Even if you boil it in skin and then remove it. Lovely!
