The purpose of this video was not to try and show everyone how bulky and jacked I am, because I'm NOT. It was simply to inspire those who were like me. Skinny and not knowing where to start or how to begin. I want to show those that It can be done. Also I am a basketball player, my goal is not to be a bouncer. I am currently 6'1 212 lbs. In order to maintain mass his an easy way by multiplying your weight x 20 and it will give you the amount of calories you need per day. & to increase testosterone eat Oysters raw, make a shake with Avocado Apricots & Bannanas . Thats another great antioxidants and Vitamin B's & Testosterone.

You have to stress and rip your muscles constantly for them to get bigger. you can do pushups and sit ups and lift a dumb bell from home but your body will get used to that in like 3 weeks and it will do nothing after that. You gotta get money for a gym membership, and have passion, or it hope happen. I had a lot of friends who went with me a couple times and bitched out. i have drive, and now muscle.

  • Dude, it's called a little working out and "growing up" he still has free roaming testosterone from puberty, all boys become men, and with just a little exercise , "poof" you look cool, try that 10-20 years down the road, that's where the real hard work will come into play.

  • @Spulpacz Yea it was around a 30 lb gain, cause i was around 170ish and that was a Plataea for a long time , couldn't get past that until i started focusing on dead lifts and squats, then i gained more weight doing that, and taking creatine. I find creatine gives you that little extra stuff your body needs to put on good muscle (purple k creatine i use), and now im tipping 195 lbs, its a lot harder to gain, once the size is on though. you really gotta stress the body, and change things up.

    3)sandwiches... make em big like a lot of meat on em nd dnt forget ur pasta:)

    4)protein shakes like whey or re-built mass will do

  • @embi1027 you could do it the way soccervladdy suggest and you will see results if you do it this way, however in my opinion it's not a very healthy way to gain weight and muscles.

    i'm quite skinny by nature aswell, but i just started hittin the bars in the local parks doing pull ups, push ups, sit ups, crunches (and later on more advanced exercises like muscle ups and windshield wipers)

    it helped a lot and the exercises are fun to do

    Weight lifting is for people who can't do pushups, pushups is lifting your body weight which is a HELL amount more then any weight out there.

    50lb weights, try lifting those with 2 hands, its a struggle, then do "295" as you said 1 rep.

    But do 10reps of 160lb (body weight), and MASSIVE improvement X]

    You need fat to gain muscle, the fat is a energy source. No fat no gain :P ( of course proper hard training, sleep and healthy food and so on, and so on is still needed)

    Look at pro bodybuilders off-season, thay are fat as pigs. Just to gain muscle.

    Fat is of course not everything needed to gain muscle but it still an importent part that is often forgotten.
