  • @atticdealswi No I have no reason to make that up. Matter of fact he wasn't the only dispatcher who used his cell phone to call me to insure that the conversation wasn't recorded.

  • @jimfarrowlove its the truth, i do all business on the qaulcom. if you cant do it legally then, it wont get done. at the end of the day, the driver is behind the wheel. i have had dispatchers curse and yell at me to run freight illegal. i worked at roehl and had to switch dispatchers many times to find a good one.

  • I used to work for Roehl. I recall calling my dispatcher and asking him how I was supposed to do a run which would take me beyond my hours of legal operation. He called me back on his cell phone - so the conversation would not be recorded - and essentially told me to do it illegally. He threatened me by saying he was going to write me up for some other made up offense if I didn't do what he said. I saw this type of dishonest conduct repeatedly in the terminal in Gary, IN.
