Thai inginuity I see. Those look light weight & hollow, apart from stacking/connecting them how would they be held together permanently? Anyone know?

those are some neat blocks what are those blocks made of and how do you make them. are the holes used for adding rebar to reinforce. is there a website to buy a block making machine like that
