you want to get something you wont grow out of quickly. the 150r will be fun at first but will get boring and eventually seem small. get a 250f. with your size i would suggest the honda or kawi, even though the yamaha is the best in my opinion, it is also the tallest. and you will never grow out of a 250.

250f is the 4 stroke series. there is the yz250f, kx250f, crf250r, ktm 250sx-f, and rm-z250. ktm is good but hard to find and expensive. ktm is also as tall as the yamaha(38.8 in.) yamaha is reliable but probobly tall for you. suzuki in my opinion makes shit 4 strokes.honda is nice and powerful and a pretty good height. kawasaki is also a good height and powerful so if you dont want a 150r i would suggest a crf250r or kx250f. you just dont want something you will soon grow out of.
