Ok so capponymous : Vladutz was really caught sorry for him coz he was funny :) But eh nothing lives forever lol. He did a great job...even you didnt know exactly what he did...i followed each of his step and it was completly a scam... He just got into the Administrators account few times (I guess he sent them a trojan) Then he made lots of auctions (fake ) And scamming peoples thats all But he was funny ^^ Idont know why he didnt use a third party (Love the endind x_x)

yes, the names the hackers used were all hilarious. I still think they did some of that not to scam anyone but to send a message to ebay. Just the same, ebay made the hijackings work for them by sending the victims all bills for listings they KNEW to be FRAUD. Listings which were quickly & conveniently removed from ebay making it harder for the victims to contest or correct the bogus charges. Followed by calls from collections agencies within only days demanding payment.

So if Vladuz really was arrested, then there are other very skilled hackers still on the site, and ebay is no safer for consumers than it was, and ebay made a big flap about nothing.

This video is only one small sample of the carnage last evening. One hijacked user's name was also changed to "comisar_cretulescu".
