Good tips, but why do I have to let it drain to 0%.
I charge my iPod touch 4G from about 9% until it's full.
It's running on iOS 5.0.1

I'm just wondering. Is it better if I charge my iPod touch only when the battery is 20% and below? It's not good if I charge it at 50%?
