Great question. I've been trying to figure that one out for a while now. I've tried to shape a scrape of the back nails, on the nail board, but I have been unsuccessful. If you find out anything...please pass it on.

I've been trying to figure out a way to shape self trimming of the rear feet. Fronts are great (other than being a bit uneven) Any thoughts about rear feet?

My border collie started filing his nails of his own accord on a breeze block. Maybe I should get him an emery board...

Both dogs know absolutely when to stop. The hardest part is to get all nails evenly filed.

I know collies are intelligent breeds, but is it possible that they will file their own nails too short because they want a treat so badly?
