@PinkyBerry66 Hello! red wine will make a really delicious sauce. The meat is usually a bit fattening, but the acidy of the red wine kind of cleans that up in your mouth, if you know what I mean... if you dont want to use it then I suggest to blend a bit of fat juice from the meat and tempura dipping sauce (Nagasawa-san's sauce's alternative) and make a soy based sauce.. :-)
