yo nick, some advice, precision 16340, or povape-1, you're the only person i know who has done a review, if you had to pick one as a PV which one would you pick?
@asmcriminaL wow tough choice, the 16340 will give you a better battery life, i have not tried the Super-T 16340 presice so i can not say for sure either way :( sorry
u need to see the P18/18650 model to truly appreciate the PRECISE. It is such a great size & weight, no fingerprints on stainless steel. I wish it had a turn-lock switch like some other bottom button mods, but still looks & works as good as the best of them. Don't forget, dave is working on an addon-feeder =)
Precise makes a 'baby', a 'teenager' and an 'adult' version. So you get the 'baby' version and then whine because the battery doesn't last long enough. Try the 'adult' version and come back when you have something worthwhile to say.
yea i love the new intro as well!! something about the new intro and maybe the new glasses makes your reviews seem professional lol you look like one of those people who review electronics on cnet or something lol the way you go about your reviews anyway keep it up man
The new intro kicks ass... The new glasses kick ass too... I need to get some new ones as well. I am gonna wait and get the new PS Prodigy V3 when it comes out. I hate waiting on Pre Orders. Great honest review as always, keep up the good work!!!
xtreme vaping update... I think I would like to include a category called "Name that juice". Contestants will have to sit blindfolded and vape liquids that could possibly range from pickled egg juice to cat urine. Ok, I can tell I have been way to long without sleep tonight! later vaper...
Grimm, I want to sponsor you on my new team. I Think I'm going to create a new sport- xtreme vaping! I will design the first e-cig that runs on 220V. You load 8oz of e-liquid, hit the button, and get something along the lines of an atomic mushroom cloud. I want you to be one of the first to test it. The only downside is that you will have to sit on top of your dryer to use it, so that you can plug into a 220 receptacle. Are you up for the challenge? and is your life insurance paid up to date?
Hey Nick: good intro. This is off topic but, have you thought of maybe doing your top 5 p.v.s ie. discontinued like the BB cr2 version etc. or anything still in production. Just a thought. Keep rockin!
@GrimmGreen Don't forget the new hotspring altsmoke is selling for the BB and Silver Bullet, made of copper to lower the resistance even more for 3.7v, LR or otherwise. It makes a noticeable difference for only 2 bucks and change... so worth it.
Oh, by the way, totally sorry for the double post but I must tell you... AW makes a 350mah 10440 (which I use with LR atties in my ikenvape laser, batteries also from ikenvape) and I get about 3 1/2 to 4 hours with it. I use 18650's in the black Silver Bullet at home and the laser when I'm driving about.
I MUST procure one of these little badboys. I have a lazer mod from ikenvape, and while I absolutely love the little thing, I'd love to have something that just feels a little more... permanent, you know?
Great review man, can't wait to try this with some LR atties!
You know, they recommend using these LR attys with at least 400 mAh, or you'll drain the battery too much and you may eventually ruin it (although I really don't know why). Must have something to do with the erogated amperes, but I'm no expert here.
Hey Grimm, I like the new intro! very fitting song.. Haha. I'm getting into Vaping! im tired of spending that much money on hurting my health! haha So I pre ordered the Prodigy V3 (I really enjoyed trying my friend's V2) and got some juice and i'm really looking forward to some guilt free Vaping! (compared to inhaling tar and carcinogens) Keep on making awesome videos dude!
Bad ass intro, I love it. By the way thanks for all your advice. Im really starting to get into this vaping stuff. You know I also want to see you reveiw the ProVape-1. Im waiting for mine in the ProVape-2 version. 2-3 weeks mabey untill they release it.
In the mean time do I have an extra $120.00, for the percise? Mabey they really do look slick.
Hey Grimm, nice new intro and another great review. I was wondering if you ever tried the ProVape-1.... It's an awesome 3.7 mod. I have 3 of the PV stainless and I LOVE these units. If you care to introduce yourself and others to the ProVape-1 in a review I'll loan you one of mine to see what you think of it.
Hey Grimm, Thanks for another awesome review. SuperT has Precise 16340 and 18650 on preorder now. Would you wait 6 weeks for one of those to come out or would you get a PS Protege instead for 3.7 vaping? My one device right now is a Tornado and I'd like to move up. Thanks.
@love2vape hmmm tough choice. the Protege' is a solid PV for sure. An 18650 battery will last MUCH longer than the 14500 that the Protege' uses. From the Tornado the Protege' , while awesome, is more of a step sideways IMO
@GrimmGreen Thanks for the advice. Sorry that this is not related to this video at all but I need to ask. So, the only way to really "move up" is to go 5V or higher. I don't wanna go to 6V but it seems that everything is 3.7 or 6V. Since PS V2 is not available anymore and V3 is 6V, which other PVs are available at 5 volts that you would recommend? Thanks.
@love2vape I am in the same boat. Was on an email notification for the V2, and when I got the email it was for the V3. I don't mind it being a higher voltage, but I really like the way the V2 looked, and from the few pictures of the V3 they have, it doesn't look the same. For a 5V device, the PS Pass-through has been treating me very well!
@love2vape I haven't personally used the Protege, but if you don't mind buying both a Protege and the extension cable it will be pretty much the exact same thing as the Passthrough. The only benefit for doing all of that is so you have a portable 3.7v device, and a stationary HV device. I know the Protege has a higher mAh than the Tornado/Ego, but is that really a noticeable difference?? If it isn't, I would say just get the passthrough and stick with the Tornado as your portable device.
@yintheatre Thanks for your advice. I just thought that with Protege + three USB extensions I can have a stationary HV device at home, office and the car rather than buying three Passthroughs. I was considering the Chameleon with the sleeve and USB ext to have it all but it's been out of stock for a while.
ya grimm i like that new intro is tits man sharp as hell and cleancut and i like the way you used your sticker font as fro the precise well its slick as well but not on my radar do to the battery...
@greenlight75 JL! thanks buddy, the precise is pretty awesome , but i'm REALLY looking forward to Davids new 18650 precise, with a LR atty it should be badass
Hey Grimm! Bitchin intro man luv it and another great review, and that is a beautifal device but for that bad of batt life and $120 price tag its just not my cup of tea. But I ordered a screwdriver and im pumped it should be here in a few days and I cant wait Ive got some LR attys and im predicting a rad and awesome vape in my future!!!!
Sweet intro Grimm and as always a nice precise, Precise review.
FYI: ThreadLock is the goo I use on my Chuck and you can find it at Home Depot for about $5. Which they give you like a 100ml bottle of this crap and you only use like two droplets every year.
where can u get it for 120? i can only find it online for like 250

abuammrah 1 year ago
@abuammrah -it will last you a good day or 2 on the 18650 battery, so will other 18650 mods
-it is a solid mechanical mod that's easy to use, vapor production is as good as any other mod using the same batteries
-i do not like the recessed button though, and it is pretty expensive, but still a good and dependable mod.

alot of ur reviews have got me more & more interested in high volt devices
also with your advice, what websites/vendors should i go to, to get the pv, atty, adapter (if necessary)

Nick,
Personally, I liked to old intro. For me it pumped me up for the video.
I like the new effects but I really think it was the music that got me going. The new music doesn't have the "rad reckless" feeling to it.
Otherwise, another great review,
