kashmir doesnt belongto india - as you probably know the partition arrangement was for a referendum and as 90% of kashmir was muslim they voted for Pakistan. The British of course interfered to make sure the issue got confused and went with the hindu maharaja of kashmir... so by law kashmir should be in pakistan..
