I have a problem, because I created my character and is now lvl 4 and everything was normal.

When I login, it won't let me login on the same character again. To be able to play again I have to make a new character again and again.

Basically down in the right hand corner it says "Enter Paragon City" and it is supposed to have yellow writing like on the vid, but mine is just grey and won't work. I am on a trial account, if this has to do anything with it? Please help me guys...
