Basic laws (to protect us from others, not from ourselves), military, public works (roads, water, power, etc.), and police force. Watch a funeral procession in Louisiana, Many here have friends and relatives who've told them "Don't cry at my Funeral celebrate my life and enjoy yourselves." This Memorial Transcended Bitterness and sadness, We Cheer for the Spirit of those Taken away and we cheer for the Survivors. This was a Celebration of Life.
