@alisoncrestmere Back in the day the average price for them was around 500$ but now days you can get the newer more cheaply built ones for around $200 - $300.

And some nicer high end ones are at the $500 mark now.

@alisoncrestmere The 1005 series is less upgradeable but more sleek... the 1000he is really upgradeable but the fun part is finding it now. Both are quite identical specs.

If you can track down a 1000he you will be able to get a deal (there is used ones on amazon for $250.00 usd).

how do you get the VISTA boot loader in win7???

The new boot screen needs 1024x768 or better screens... something the 10" netbooks cant provide.
