I'm very glad to see a bishop willing to show that some Christian group play a role in the hatred and violation of human rights, making it not an issue between religion and non religion, but between people causing harm and people helping others. He calls a spade a spade.

Only a Very sick mind would think killing or harming (in any way) Gays & Lesbians is what God or the law would want. I pray they are all safe. However, re Maddow ...she really needs to find a job where her focus is advocating for Gays. She uses a persons views on Gay marriage etc as her barometer for thier worth in all other matters...and she is often very wrong in her assessments. She often uses a persons view re Gay rights laws to try to destroy a good person in office & whitewash a bad one.

It's nice to see a real, genuine American religious leader being interviewed. Why can't other networks also interview bishops, cardinals, metropolitans and other normal, sane leaders of the American churches instead of radical, politically-motivated nut-cases who actually hold no ecclesiastical position whatsoever (e.g., Pat Robertson)?
