OR, go on google earth to earth grid co-ordinates... 54.2855 Degrees North, and 0.4042 Degrees West (with youtube videos enabled in the left side checklist) and you'll see a direct link to the video, in the middle of a car park which is where it's held :P. I live a 2 minute walk from that car park! hehe.

This reminds me of last summer when I was in our cottage with my cousin. It had been very hot day and about 3 am we went out and walked some road and it was nice cool wheater. I started to sing Finlandia hymn. It was very quiet and because of the lake there was great echo too.

It's near the city Tampere north from Helsinki. The lake you can see in the pictures is the lake Näsijärvi.

@persilja ehm....excuse me, but Tampere is in southern Finland, and they DONT have midnight sun there!

Midnight sun only exists in the far north of Finland.

@iWillBlockYou um, of course in tampere the sun isn't completely over the horizon all night like in lapland but at midnight there's still enough sunlight to see well and to film this kind of material. actually the darkest time is around 2 am ( i guess the 2 am sun just wouldn't sound as cool as midnight sun :D) and even then, when the days are longest at the end of june, we get more like this really long sunset that changes in a sunrise. it's unbelievably beautiful.

ok i know what you mean...i live in sweden myself, and we also have those very light summer nights....however, i dont live quite as far north as Tampere. the darkest time around here in 1 am....at 2 am its already starting to get lighter again.
