Not so. Although there is a confusing part of Romans 5 which "appears" to say this, we must use the Bible as a commentary on itself, and there are many, many other verses which make it clear that not everyone is saved. People are born sinners, and everyone is condemned because everyone sins. Redemption isn't automatic - it's a choice to come to Christ.
