@Ryanmetalmatthew bitch pleeze, The book is ALMOST RIGHT....ACTUALLY, its how they RECORDED IT, Kirk Plays Master of puppets WAY different than the way they recorded it, the things in the book, like chords, are bigger so it sounds bigger when you listen to it, thats not that important when playing live, like the solo for MOP, he doesnt even use the trem anymore!...oh and I seen metallica in November 2009

I just didn't use the trem much at all, and I like experimenting with different tunings, so a fixed bridge was better. And all my other guitars have set or through necks; the bolt on RR3 was becoming a pain for high fret access. Amp choice out of the ones you list really depends on what "lots of Marshall amps" includes. I'd always go valve before solid-state or hybrid.

My digital camera doesn't actually do either amp justice due to the lacking bass frequency, but the Engl is just in a different league. The Peavey was good for the money as a first or budget valve amp, but the Engl is a heavenly, brutal, extremely heavy, even more powerful and overall quality piece of kit.

i play in drop d for most songs im playing, i like playing avenged sevenfold and they play basically every song in drop d and he uses dive bombs a lot so i really like the floyd rose on it. i like the RR3's they sound really good and they have the floyd so im probably gonna go with that when i save up enough

Yes it's an RR3. I love it. I also have a Kevin Bond Signature and an RR5 (see in my other videos!). The trem on the RR3 is great, very stable, but if you need a lot of high fret access and/or do a lot of alternate tuning stuff, go for a thru' neck fixed bridge RR5 instead!
