Why do you begin with the 2nd half of the measure? It starts with the F, then goes to the G > C > A. For some reason you're beginning with the C then going from there (C > A > F > G). I mean the sequence is correct (and thanks for a tutorial), but why not begin with the beginning?

Ouch, just got to where you began singing. Because you were off in your measures, you ended up singing at the exact opposite points you were supposed to throughout!
