  • I know I shouldn't, but for whatever reason I wasn't expecting to see WIndows 95 on that laptop... reminded me how long ago this tourney was.

  • Amazing... to see some tournament that started via a newsgroup in 1996 with 64 players from mostly California evolve into what is the super-event known as EVO today, featuring thousands of attendees all over the world including the actual developers of the games traveling from Japan to show off preview builds and watch the best players compete at their game. Who would have thought back then?

    Wow, and to think I was only 3 at the time. Hah.
