Thanks for posting this. I can remember when the lights were this good. We would always park up in Atkinsons car park at the bottom of The Moor and work our way down to the Hole In The Road. So magical!
Fabulous video fabulous memories. Sheffield had the best xmas lights in the country back then. My dad used to take me on a Sunday to watch them being put up...as the shops were shut the roads were quiet, oh happy days!! Many thanks for posting.
My parents used to take me and rest of family to Redgates toy shop on a Saturday afternoon near Christmas then we all waited till it got dark and walked up and down The Moor to look at the lights. Fantastic times.
