yes, what ppl have said before, take a good breath, feel the music, just dont play it, put some emotion into it! In order to be great, youmust feel the music, feel it well up inside you, release your inner passion unto the world!
I'm a sucker for cadenza's, because they're when you really get to show off. So, take your time and enjoy it! You're hitting most of the notes, but what would really sell it would be to take some liberty with the dynamics. Here, you're playing all the notes with the same volume and intensity (as far as I can tell on the video). Change it up a bit. Try writing in some phrase markings where they seem to make sense, and build intensity through the phrase. Keep up the good work! -Will
That wasn't bad at all man. Your tuning on your low F's are very respectable as well as the tuning on your arpeggios. Which means your lip slurs are better than your soft tonguing. Do some more work on your soft tonguing scales and try to make the notes within the harmonics sound as much like your slurs between them.
Read up on the harmonic series to and check out how your bone needs to be adjusted. Apply this to all your playing and soon you will be quite good. Your musicianship is pretty good too. So once you get your technique down the best you can your pieces will sound awesome
