Another slow & sleepy imaging style Brisbane TV station promo. This was typical of much of the town's psyche in the pre 1989 days (some would say it hasn't improved much!).

NQTV Townsville & Cairns was producing much more upbeat and relevant to the times promos, and that's just ones I've seen on You Tube.

Note the noise dots as little white lines on the screen. It can't all be blamed on a poor tape, but the low VHF freq of ch 0.

The AM vision carrier at that low freq is susceptible to electrical interference from power lines, hence the superiority of moving to 10.
