The advice to take shelter under a highway overpass has long since been rejected by the NWS. Numerous studies have shown that an overpass is actually one of the WORST places you can go during a tornado! Since this video was made in the early 1990's, they may not have known any better, but someone should still edit in a disclaimer on this point!
