See, I wish GTA4 had this kind of customization. GTA4 is a lot more polished and realistic, but it lacks content. I have no idea why the devs decided to remove so much of the content that made GTA3 great.

In a mission of Ultor. you get in a shopping center. there you kill some people from ultor, after that you can run around and upstairs theres that shop. (sry for bad english ;) )
