You can see if a server has the recording mode on thanks to the icon in the server browser.. When your done playing on that server you must go to community and start your recorded game.

just for your own good, don't purchase a dell, they suck. and also, don't get an alienware because they're just a huge waste of money, way too over priced. for a good gaming pc, you shouldnt have to pay anymore than $1500, and posibilly a lot less, but i reccomend a good video car like an nvidia geforce 7800gt, 7800gtx, or 7900gt, buy them from newegg.com
